This (non-interactive) tool describes the major components of carbon accounting for forestry mitigation projects, with specific numbers for analysis completed for Maine. However, much of the information is applicable to forests located elsewhere. The PDF tool was developed by the consultant Thomas Peterson for the Agriculture-Forestry Working Group of the Maine Greenhouse Gas Action Plan Development Process.
