The Voluntary Reporting of Greenhouse Gases (1605(b)) Program is a mechanism by which corporations, government agencies, individuals, voluntary organizations, etc., can report to the US Energy Information Agency, any actions taken that have or are expected to reduce/avoid emissions of greenhouse gases or sequester carbon. This annual report for 2002, published in early 2004, includes a chapter detailing the carbon sequestration projects that have been reported.
