The Sheridan mitigation bank is a 315-acre preserve in Placer County, California established in 1994 by Wildlands Inc. The preserve provides compensatory mitigation for vernal pools and swales; seasonal and perennial marsh; seasonal wetland; perennial stream channel; oak woodland; open water marsh; elderberry scrub and savanna; riparian scrub and woodland.
